To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free items that came with your order.

If a replacement is available, we can send it to you instead of issuing a refund, with delivery times typically matching our standard shipping period of 3–7 business days.
Please note that items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for a refund or replacement.
